At first, Primitive was the name of a small store that opened in California in 2008. Co-founder of the now legendary brand is Paul Rodriguez. When Paul parted ways with his longtime sponsor Plan B in 2013, the small store became a board brand that quickly evolved into an international brand.
Primitive Skateboards are known for their high quality and colorful graphics. Of course, they offer more simple team boards and various pro models as well. Through the collaborations with Dragonball Z, Rick & Morty or the Marvel superheroes Primitive secured a solid fanbase. In addition to boards, Primitive also has an extensive streetwear collection in its range. From T-shirts, hoodies and winter jackets to pants, there is everything your heart desires. Complete boards, wheels and other hardgoods like bearings or bolts perfectly round out their assortment.
Naturally, as a real core brand, Primitive has one of the best teams with names like Paul Rodriguez, Tiago Lemos, Miles Silvas or Spencer Hamilton.
