Krooked Skateboards was founded in 2002 by street skate legend and pioneer Mark "The Gonz" Gonzalez with the help of Jim Thiebaud and San Francisco-based Deluxe Distribution.
The look of the brand is largely shaped by the designs by Mark, who has meanwhile also made a name for himself in the international art scene.
Like all DLX decks, Krooked skateboards are produced in Mexico at Bareback/BBS/Generator and guarantee the highest quality. In addition to regular Popsicle shapes, Krooked offers shaped decks, the Zip Zinger cruiser board line, and Mark's own design, the "Beemer". Guest decks from well-known pros who don't ride for Krooked Skateboards can also be found regularly in the line.
The Krooked team consists of Mark Gonzalez, Bobby Worrest, Jon Cromer, Robby Cernicky, Sebo Walker, Mike Anderson, Ronnie Sandoval and skateboard legend Ray Barbee.
