Chocolate Skateboards was founded in 1994 by Rick Howard and Mike Carroll as a sister company to Girl Skateboards under the Crailtap umbrella. The girl team had grown very quickly back then and by founding Chocolate it was possible to give a home to several more talents. Many legendary skateboarders like Chico Brenes, Gino Iannucci, Jerry Hsu or Marc Johnson have been part of Chocolate over the years. The current team consists of Vincent Alvarez, Kenny Anderson, Justin Eldridge, Jesus Fernandez, Stevie Perez, Chris Roberts and Raven Tershy.
